Door no respond
1.Power cut, now power.
Check power and power on.
2.Need remote control to close the door
Set the close type to auto close on remote control
3.break line existed
Check and eliminate the line of Inductor, electronic control, motor, safety light
4.Safe light out of order
Door works while disconnect safe light wiring,replace safe light or elecrronic control, check other parts.
5.lnductor out of order
Disconnect inductor wiring, Press "test" and door works, replace inductor.
6.Electronic controller out of order
Disconnect inductor wiring, door does not work after pressing "test" ,check the connection to motor, eliminate other possibility, replace controller.
7.motor out of order
Disconnect inductor wiring, door does not work after pressing "test" , check the wire,eliminate other possibility, replace controller.
8.Due to external access to other access equipment, Sending error signal
Disconnect access wiring, door works after pressing
"test” , need to maintain or replace access equipment.
9.Door was stuck
Check the deformation of the door and whether bearing parts is damaged, reinforce or replace this part.

Belt installation of single door
Match, activation, and removal of remote controller
Steps of matching:
First press the key "learn",
Press any key on the controller until you hear "di", It means matching success.
Steps of removal:Long press key "learn" on the controller Until it make no sounds.
